The requirement entailed reading data from Google BigQuery into Salesforce Data Cloud, detecting anomalies in near real-time by applying business logic, and raising a case in Salesforce Service Cloud upon anomaly detection. Key achievements included: i) Data Ingestion: Established seamless connectivity between Google BigQuery and Salesforce Data Cloud using Data Cloud’s ingestion APIs. ii) Business Logic Implementation: Designed and implemented anomaly detection logic and integrated it with Salesforce Service Cloud using Data Cloud’s Data Actions. iii) Supporting Features: Enhanced the solution with multiple Data Cloud Triggered Flows, Calculated Insights, and Segments to optimize data processing and streamline operations.

As the Manager of IT & Process at Avana Logistek, I orchestrated a series of pivotal initiatives, chief among them being are as below.
- Oracle Transport Management Cloud Implementation: The successful implementation of Oracle Transportation Management for Freight Management; This endeavor streamlined our logistics operations, enhancing efficiency and driving cost savings.
- Oracle Logfire WMS Implementation: I spearheaded the implementation of Oracle Logfire WMS for a sprawling 200,000 square meters warehouse in Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai, optimizing warehouse processes and maximizing throughput.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) Implementation for UAE, and Saudi : I took the helm in spearheading the pivotal implementation of Value Added Tax (VAT) for both UAE and Saudi Arabia; This complex undertaking involved extensive collaboration with tax consultants, where I actively participated in numerous high-level meetings to ensure thorough comprehension of regulatory requirements; My role extended beyond mere attendance; I meticulously prepared all necessary documentation for the development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of VAT processes; By navigating regulatory intricacies and orchestrating seamless implementation, I played a critical role in ensuring compliance and operational readiness, safeguarding the organization's interests in a rapidly evolving tax landscape.
- Avana Customer Portal Implementation : I played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the Avana Customer Portal, a cornerstone project aimed at providing our customers with a cutting-edge self-service platform; Laden with a multitude of features, including booking management, vessel schedules, shipping instructions, and access to invoices and account statements, the portal was designed to align seamlessly with our organizational goals; While the portal development was entrusted to an external vendor, my primary responsibility was to bridge the gap between our Oracle Forms-based ERP system and the Customer Portal;
- To achieve this, I developed a series of PL/SQL functions and procedures that facilitated seamless data exchange between our ERP and the Customer Portal's backend services; This integration was instrumental in ensuring a cohesive user experience and streamlined operations; Moreover, I actively engaged in refining business requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives;
- Beyond technical support, I assumed a hands-on role in testing the Customer Portal in QA environments, meticulously managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and conducting comprehensive training sessions for business users; By overseeing every aspect of the implementation process, from inception to deployment, I played a central role in delivering a state-of-the-art customer-centric solution that elevated our service offerings and fortified our competitive edge in the market.

- Throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to production rollout, I was deeply involved in every phase; My responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of numerous user interface screens using Oracle Forms; These screens facilitated seamless management of critical processes including Customer bookings, Vessel Schedule, Loadings, and Bunker Management, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience for the application's end-users;

- The Warehouse Inbound modules included advanced features such as Advance Shipment Notice, Goods Receipt Note, and putaway functionalities; For Outbound operations, the system seamlessly integrated with Sales Order processing, Picklist generation, and delivery management;
- Furthermore, I played a crucial role in developing multiple key reports using Crystal Reports and Oracle APEX, which served as the backbone of export documentation; These reports included essential documents such as packing lists, proforma invoices, and shipping instructions;
- In addition to the main WMS, I also developed a mini extension using VB;NET for floor operations; This extension, designed to be deployed on Windows-based handheld devices, facilitated seamless integration of floor work line tasks such as binning, putaway, picking, and stock cycle counting directly into the main WMS; This mini extension significantly reduced manual data entry work, thereby enhancing operational efficiency;
